Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Chat Baba, including your responsibility for connected access tokens and compliance with WhatsApp Business and Meta Platform policies.
Access Token Responsibility
You are solely responsible for authorizing, managing, and safeguarding your Meta OAuth access tokens, Page permissions, and account credentials.
WhatsApp Policy Compliance
You must strictly follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Platform Terms when sending messages.
Lawful & Opt-In Messaging
Automated replies and notifications may only be sent to customers who have messaged you or provided valid opt-in consent.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or connecting your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or WhatsApp Business number to Chat Baba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
02.User Responsibility for Access Tokens & Credentials
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Chat Baba account, your connected Meta OAuth access tokens, and any API keys configured in your workspace. You are responsible for all automated or manual messages transmitted using your tokens, and you may revoke or rotate your tokens at any time from your dashboard or Meta Business Settings.
03.Compliance with WhatsApp & Meta Policies
When using Chat Baba, you must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. You must not use Chat Baba to send unsolicited bulk spam, prohibited commercial content, or messages outside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window without approved templates.
04.Service Scope & AI Automation
Chat Baba provides inbox management, automated reply generation, and order tracking tools. Because AI responses are generated based on your configured business prompts and catalog data, you remain responsible for reviewing your automation rules and ensuring accuracy.
05.Suspension & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse Meta APIs, or breach WhatsApp Business policies. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account.
06.Limitation of Liability & Contact
